Aston Martin and Call of Duty Unveil the Dreadnought

Aston Martin and Call of Duty® have unveiled the Aston Martin Dreadnought, an all-new tactical SUV concept created exclusively for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare® 4 and Call of Duty: Warzone™.

Developed through close collaboration between the Aston Martin design team and Infinity Ward, the Dreadnought brings the brand’s ultra-luxury and high-performance design philosophy into the Modern Warfare universe. Conceived without the limitations of the physical world, the digital concept combines supercar-level performance, an armoured structure and advanced tactical capabilities in a single, uncompromising form.

Luxury Meets Tactical Performance
The Dreadnought was designed for the intense combat environments of the game, featuring military-grade armour plating and a powerful exterior structure. Its advanced all-wheel-drive system, high levels of traction and V12 performance give the vehicle a distinct advantage during pursuits, extractions and high-pressure operations.

Developed around in-game physics, the Dreadnought’s driving dynamics allow it to operate not only as a heavily protected vehicle, but also as a fast and capable performance SUV. Designed to overcome obstacles, escape conflict zones and provide an advantage against rival forces, the vehicle serves as a formidable mobile stronghold.

Stealth-focused aerodynamics, integrated digital command interfaces and adaptive battlefield systems define the Dreadnought’s tactical character. Oxford Tan leather, herringbone-pattern carbon fibre surfaces and a metallic gold gear selector reflect Aston Martin’s ultra-luxury design approach.

Details including the Chiltern Green exterior finish and Satin Gold anodised door hinges ensure that, despite being created entirely for a digital universe, the vehicle retains an unmistakable Aston Martin identity.

An Aston Martin Shaped by Imagination
Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman explained that the central question throughout the development of the Dreadnought was how Aston Martin could be reimagined in an environment where imagination was the only limit.

Reichman stated that the team envisioned the vehicle not merely as a digital design, but as a machine capable of moving through the streets of New York, performing across roads under Mumbai’s monsoon rains and operating like a genuine automobile in every condition. This approach enabled the teams to create a concept that feels authentic and believable despite existing within a gaming environment.

Describing the Dreadnought as an “unmistakable Aston Martin, amplified without restraint,” Reichman emphasised that every element, from its carbon fibre chassis to its Satin Gold details, reflects the brand’s ambition to become the world’s most desirable ultra-luxury brand beyond the automotive industry.

Developed in Collaboration with Infinity Ward
Throughout the development of the Dreadnought, the Aston Martin and Infinity Ward teams worked together at every stage, from the initial design concepts and vehicle geometry to animations, in-game physics and driving calibration.

A representative from the Infinity Ward design team described the result as a high-performance armoured vehicle that remains faithful to Aston Martin’s distinctive design philosophy while being capable of dominating every battlefield. The Dreadnought was also described as the most aggressive all-wheel-drive vehicle in Modern Warfare 4.

A Defining Vehicle in the Modern Warfare Universe
The Aston Martin Dreadnought will be available at selected locations within the DMZ and Call of Duty: Warzone environments in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Positioned as a high-value in-game vehicle, the Dreadnought will offer players a strategic advantage during pursuits, extractions and intense combat scenarios.

The full-scale physical interpretation of the Dreadnought will make its public debut at Fanatics Fest NYC in New York before the vehicle enters the game.

Published by Activision, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will launch worldwide on Friday, 23 October 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5®, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. The PC version will be available through Battle.net, Xbox on PC and Steam.
